With most of the action happening around Chinatown and Trafalgar Square, this annual Chinese New Year celebration is said to be the biggest outside of Asia. Painting the Modern Garden: Monet to Matisse

Hosted by the Royal Academy of Arts, this greatly anticipated exhibition will look into the role gardens have played in the evolution of art from the 1860s through to the 1920s. Encompassing Impressionist, Post-Impressionist and Avant-Garde artists, work by Monet and Matisse will be shown, as well as pieces by many other great artists of the period.
