I am here to assist with your room preferences, from hard mattresses, to toppers and to provide our special ‘pillow menu’ prior to your arrival. We will ensure that your room is prepared for any allergies you may have, and your bed linen will be changed regularly and when needed. Also, we can provide additional services such as, dry cleaning.

I am here to assist with recommending and securing the best tables for you in some of London’s top venues. I will provide expert advice on how to gain access to the best attractions across the city and popular excursions further afield. With a wealth of contacts that I have acquired over years, I am the ultimate London insider. Also, I am constantly on the lookout for new shows, gallery exhibitions and pop-up events to ensure that you enjoy the best London has to offer.

I would love to welcome you on arrival and arrange a show around of our exquisite hotel. I am here to assist with all your special and last-minute surprises such as, a floral arrangement to ensure you impress your loved ones during your stay. I can also assist with helping you to plan your proposal, anniversary, or birthday. I can organise babysitting services and pet-sitting services for your four-legged friend. I am also able to confirm existing reservations or make enquires on your behalf for your stay.

When you are booking your room with me, let me know whether you will be celebrating your honeymoon, birthday, or wedding. It would be my pleasure to oversee your bedroom allocation and put in a special request for you prior to your arrival. Also, I can organise in advance any additional extras you may like such as chocolates, champagne and strawberries, which would be waiting for you upon arrival. I will ensure that your stay will be one you fondly remember.

Myself and my dedicated team can suggest wines to pair with your meals, explain how they are prepared and where the ingredients are sourced from. Also, we would be delighted to share the health benefits related to our dishes. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, we can make adjustments and share the list of allergens in our dishes. A meeting can be arranged in person, if you would like a personalised menu prepared for you stay. Perhaps this could include your favourite chocolate cake for you or a loved one. We are here to make important occasions extra special for you.

I can enhance your Sky television system, set up a Chrome Cast, or provide a DVD player for you if you have any favourite films to request. If you are travelling with children, I can set up a PlayStation with games. I can also arrange for a mini fridge to be fitted pre-stay, if you wish to store your own drinks, snacks or medication. Myself and my team can also assist with any queries regarding the state of the art in-room ventilation cooling and heating system.
