Where can I exchange my currency?
Here at 41 we are able to exchange your currency for you. Our daily exchange amount is £100.00. Should you wish to exchange a large amount, please notify us in advance. All major British banks have branches nearby. We alternatively have several Currency Exchange offices in walking distance, of which some charge 0% commission.
What do I do if I would like a car and chauffer during my stay?
We have an agreement with a car company and can make all the necessary arrangements please give us as much notice as possible to provide this service for you.
What major credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners, Maestro and Union pay, WeChat Pay.
Where can I buy theatre tickets?
We are able to acquire some of the best seats in the house for most theatres. Please let us know your choice of show and we will do all we can to ensure that with our help you get the best views and enjoy your show.
What if I am hungry at midnight?
Plunder the Pantry is there for you. Every evening, from 8.30 onwards, you have at your disposal a selection of cheeses, cold meat, ham, chicken, sauces, crisps, chocolates, fruits and breads you can help yourself to and which are complimentary. Of course, we have a 24-hour light menu that our night staff will be delighted to prepare for you.
Where is the nearest bar?
Providing a delightful atmosphere with a select menu and superior service bbar is adjacent to the hotel and offers all customers a relaxing and comfortable venue for drinks, light snacks and full meals as well as an ideal place to meet friends and colleagues.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available. This can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification.
