    General Manager Malcolm Hendry

    Having been with Red Carnation Hotels at “41” for over 6 years, previously at The Milestone, my role as General Manager here is one of the most satisfying jobs of my career.  With a team of over 160 employees, highly motivated and dedicated to delivering unbelievable levels of guests service, I feel truly lucky.  Every guest is important to us all and I enjoy taking a personal interest in every stage of your guest experience, from marketing the hotel, through reservations to arrival, throughout your stay and not forgetting seeing you off, hopefully to return another day!  A wonderful job, working with some great people and lucky enough to have fabulous guests.  What more could someone ask for?

    Resident Manager Andrew Gortchacow

    I joined Red Carnation Hotels, and "41", in February 2007 having previously completed four years at a prestigious country house hotel.  The skills I have learned over the years have transferred into the London luxury hotel market very well, in particular at "41".  As Resident Manager my role is to ensure the smooth running of the property and I enjoy nothing more than making guests feel at home and taking care of the tiniest of details.  "41" offers an exclusive haven from the busy city particularly if guests are travelling on business where it is a pleasure to unwind in our elegant Executive Club Lounge.

    With over 13 years experience working within 4 and 5 star hotels in London, I had the pleasure of becoming a member of 41's team in 2007. After working for a number of International Hotel groups, I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the London Market and fully understand our international and local clients needs. Working with an eclectic mix of companies, I happily go the extra mile to ensure our guests feel that "41" is their home from home.

    I have been working for Red Carnation Hotels for the past two years and was delighted at being promoted to Reception Manager, of the Hotel 41, earlier this year.  As a child, I always wanted to be a magician and at Hotel 41, I am able to realize this dream, as in no other hotel do they do “MAGIC” as well as we do.  Whether you are looking for Business Travel accommodation, celebrating a “once in a life-time” event, or if you are just looking to retreat from the world out there, 41 is the only destination for you.  We pride ourselves in creating a personalized environment, to ensure that whatever your needs or expectations might be, be it a room filled with flowers and fairy lights when you propose, lending you one of our I-Pods to take a guided tour of London, or simply having the room set up for your own personal business requirement when you arrive, we endeavor to make each and everyone of your visits to Hotel 41, a magical experience.  So I look forward to welcoming you on your next visit and ensuring that when you arrive a stranger, you leave a friend.

    I have been working for RCH for the last 6 years; previously at the Chesterfield Hotel and have been with "41" for the last year.  I have always been very impressed by the quality and standards of all properties and the great customer service skills and attention to detail throughout.  With the small touches we offer in our rooms and the constant will from the team to be the best, it makes a housekeeping day both challenging and fulfilling.
