Event: The London Polo Championships
Date: June 17th and 18th
The inaugural London Polo Championships will be an extremely popular event because it promises audiences polo displays of the very highest quality.
For those in attendance, only the best will do.
With that in mind, those travelling from outside the capital for the event will need somewhere to stay which meets their demands for high standards and unrivalled class.
That place is the luxury London hotel the 41, which has everything and more one would expect from a five-star establishment.
By choosing the Suite Dreams package, guests can look forward to chocolate-dipped strawberries, a bottle of Veuve Cliquot champagne and a three-course table d'hote dinner.
The icing on top of an already attractive cake is the fact that the 41 is just around the corner from the Horse Guards Parade, the official entrance to Buckingham Palace, where the event will take place.
It really is a perfect marriage, with the sport, which was first recorded in 600 BC, the 41 hotel and the Horse Guards all steeped in tradition.
Originally, the Horse Guards was King Henry VIII's tournament ground but is now the parade square for the Mounting of the Queen's Guard and the Queen's Birthday Parade.
What better place for England, South Africa, Dubai and The Commonwealth to battle it out for the Westminster Polo Trophy.
As well as world-class sporting entertainment, visitors can look forward to wonderful food and drink, making this much more than a competition.
