A. Here at 41 we are able to exchange your currency for you. Please do let us know in advance if you would like to exchange large sums of money.
Q. What do I do if I would like a car and chauffer during my stay?
A. We have an agreement with a car company and can make all the necessary arrangements please give us as much notice as possible to provide this service for you.
Q. Where can I buy quality souvenirs and keepsake to remember my stay?
A. The Red Carnation Boutique is situated next to The Rubens at The Palace on Buckingham Palace Road. Offering a wide selection of quality souvenirs and gifts such as Jewellery, Timothy Richards Landmarks of London Bookends, fine leather goods, a selection of magazines and postcards as well as a wider range of gifts.
Q. Where can I buy theatre tickets?
A. We are able to acquire some of the best seats in the house for most theatres, please let us know your choice of show and we will do all we can to ensure that with our help you get the best views and enjoy your show.
Q. London is a city known for shopping. What are the city's best and most unusual museum shops?
A. Art lovers will love The National Gallery shop. Alongside umbrellas decorated with the works of Monet and van Gogh, there is a new high-tech printer here that allows you to select mountable reproductions of your favorite painting. Nearby, the National Portrait Gallery has candy lollipops adorned with Marilyn Monroe's face. The Victoria and Albert Museum sells artsy knick-knacks from leading contemporary designers and the Design Museum has Mondaine watches and designer coffee pots by the noted Aldo Rossi. If you are searching for kid-friendly gifts, the Science Museum is a worthy stop with its selection of mud clocks, telegraph transmitters and Albert Einstein action figures. More traditional things like teapots and packaged products can be found at the Bramah Tea and Coffee Museum. Q. Can I buy one of those Vanity Fair pictures in my room?
A. Yes you can purchase one of these original SEM prints. Tell us which one you prefer and if it cannot be here by the end of your stay, we can mail it to wherever you need.
Q. Can I bring my pet with me?
A. Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available. This can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. Though a deposit is requested upon arrival in case of any damage caused, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

A. All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Switch, Delta and Solo.
