There's a lot that's rather different about "41". Not just the name, but a whole new perspective on presenting five star luxury and service. Ever since it first opened, guests have arrived intrigued and left enthralled, and we hope you'll join them.

At the same time, there's an underlying ambition common to every Red Carnation hotel. Our philosophy is "no request too large, no detail too small", and this applies to every aspect of what we do, in every hotel. Our aim is to make every guest's stay as enjoyable and trouble free as we can, if possible putting right any problem before it even arises. So if there are some aspects of "41" about which you're still unclear, we've put together a few items on this page that we hope will clarify matters for you.
