Corporate Sales Manager

Hotel: The Rubens at the Palace

 A unique opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Sales Manager to work for Red Carnation Hotels. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in such a varied role, as you will be responsible for the following properties located close to Buckingham Palace:

·The Rubens on the Palace, 4star Hotel
·41, a 5star property
·Leopard Bar
·2 luxury serviced apartments
·BBar a South African-influenced bar & restaurant
In addition to the above you will be responsible for The Egerton, a 5star Hotel located in Knightsbridge.

The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Sales Manager for one hotel who is looking to develop their career, or a Sales Executive who has had 1-2 years proactive sales experience.

This role is a proactive one and you will be expected to hold a minimum of 15 appointments per week. You will work to weekly and monthly deadlines have experience in identifying new business and attracting new accounts.You will previously have worked as account manager, worked on rate negotiation and total account management.

You will have previous experience working in a 3-5 star hotel market, be immaculately presented and have the ability to stay motivated and enthusiastic in a fast working environment.Your experience could be in one of the following areas:

Corporate
C&B
Leisure
Incentives
As Sales Manager you must have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken, have experience in reviewing reports identifying drops in production or increases.

You will report into the Director of Sales and work closely with the General Manager and Vice President of Sales.You will be responsible for managing the office and the team in the absence of the Director of Sales.
