Resident Manager at 41, Lauren Hargrave, takes the company ethos ‘No request is too large, no detail too small’ totally to heart and maintains a close interest in every aspect of your stay - she acts as your own personal concierge to ensure that every moment you spend in London is wonderful and that you never have to worry about a thing.
Her influence manifests itself in many different ways, but they all combine to make you feel utterly at home and amongst the most hospitable friends imaginable. For instance, Lauren will ascertain your personal interests, hobbies and musical tastes in advance of your stay so that her staff can greet you with appropriate playlists and magazines. Your favourite drink will be offered to you as you check in and the Champagne trolley will be wheeled over.
Lauren and her staff will know exactly when to expect you and make sure your room is ready and waiting. If you are coming in on an early morning flight the fire will be lit (if it's chilly outside) and a cup of tea or coffee will be brewing. On the very rare occasion that your room is not available, you will be offered a courtesy room or invited to make yourself feel at home in the Executive Lounge as you enjoy complimentary refreshments.
When you return at the end of a busy day, Lauren or one of her team will be there to greet you, then check if there's anything else they can do to make your evening, and the days ahead, even more enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for Lauren - she and her team pride themselves on anticipating your every wish and fulfilling your every request. Whether it be organising a trip to Paris, fencing sessions, private chauffeured tours or a Champagne journey on the London Eye - all you have to do is ask! When it's time to leave you'll feel you are saying goodbye to personal friends - and the feeling will be mutual.
