We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person for a Guest Services position to ensure that we provide exceptional service at all times by exceeding expectations and providing a personalised service according to our standards.

Hotel ’41’, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is one of London’s most exclusive five star boutique hotels, situated in Victoria. ‘41’ offers all our guests a service second to none. As part of this service, we provide a 24hr butler service that allows our guests to enjoy their stay completely. With 30 luxurious rooms and suites, a wonderful executive lounge and boardroom, this five star hotel is discreet and full of atmosphere.

Key responsibilities of the Guest Services position include:

  • Ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and farewell to and from the hotel
  • To register guests according to the law and the Hotel and Company Standards
  • Compiling guests accounts and fulfilling administrative duties
  • Handling guests requests such as restaurant bookings, theatre tickets and sightseeing tours
  • Ensuring that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times

The ideal candidate for the Guest Services position should:

  • Have previous experience in a similar position or Reception Supervisor role within a 4 or 5 star hotel
  • Have excellent knowledge of London
  • Have a friendly, bubbly and flexible attitude
  • Communicate effectively in English
