We are currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and hands-on Food and Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will have the experience and ability to motivate and develop a team.

As Food and Beverage Manager, you will have an exceptional eye for detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, ensuring consistency of service and product.

Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Manager will include:

  • Day to day running of the food and beverage department
  • Training and developing staff
  • Overseeing and purchasing stock 
  • Developing concepts, menus and pricing strategies

The ideal candidate for the Food and Beverage Manager position should have:

  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Assistant Food and Beverage Manger within a four or five star hotel
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • A personal preference to be on the floor and hands-on rather than behind a desk
  • Have an outgoing, friendly and professional attitude
  • Excellent organisation skills and the drive to get things right the first time
