We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Food and Beverage Assistant to join our friendly food and beverage team

Overlooking Buckingham Palace, hotel “41” is an intimate hideaway combining informal luxury with exceptional round-the-clock personal service. Each of the 28 rooms and suites cast their own distinctive spell with fine fabrics, extravagant flourishes and the latest technology. Guests relax in the Executive Lounge and can plunder the pantry for delicious complimentary snacks.

Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant will include:

  • Welcoming, greeting and assisting the guests to hotel standards
  • Ensuring that all food and beverage products are served to the correct standards
  • Serving meals, snacks and beverages within the executive lounge and boardroom
  • Ensuring that bar and lounge tables and stations are clean and tidy
  • Ensuring that all mini bars are checked and replenished

The ideal candidate for the Food and Beverage Assistant should:

  • Have previous food and beverage experience within a four or five star hotel
  • Have a good knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Be able to deal with guests and staff members in a professional manner
  • Be dynamic, organised and have a pro-active attitude
  • Be eligible to work on a full-time basis within the UK
